Your value proposition should be strong enough to attract your target market. In a world where everybody has what they need, selling becomes harder.

In the hiring forefront, gone are the days where working 80 hours a week will cut it. Anything that can be digitized will be outsourced. Work will be performed where ever it can be completed most effectively at the best possible price. The core competency of the business owners lies in its ability to increase value for its customers.
