Christopher Lincoln is an attorney that focuses on Taxation and Estate Planning. Born on the southside of Chicago, he noticed the disproportionate distribution of wealth and financial resources throughout the city during his time as a CTA bus driver. Before entering law school, he started a Nonprofit organization and wrote a children’s book trying to inspire the youth to pursue their dreams. It was not until he entered law school, is when Christopher found his passion for financial literacy. After he graduated law school, he worked with the IRS General Counsel’s office and spent six months in Springfield as Assistant General Counsel to the Speaker of the Illinois House of Representatives. Currently, he is the Managing Partner of Lincoln and Otubu Law LLC and President of MAKTUB, a Non-profit that focuses on the holistic approach to breaking generational stereotypes. Christopher Lincoln is graduating from UIC John Marshall and Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law with an LLM in Taxation in June of 2021.
